• Artichokes require a light soil that has been thotoughly dug over with a fork, removing any weeds.
• Adding well rotted compost, manure or a good general fertilizer will improve yields.
• Plant in an area that receives plenty of light, plant the tubers 15cm deep & 60cm apart.
• Keep the soil moist during growing season & remove any weeds to prevent them rom competing for food/water.
