Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

19th July 2021 - FAQ

Is the Garden Centre open?
Yes, we are open with normal opening hours.

What COVID19 measures do we have in place after July 19th?
The Government have removed the legal requirements for social distancing & face coverings. However we have decided in the interests of the health, safety & well-being of our customers & staff to keep our social distancing measures in place. These include a one-way system, wider aisles, hand sanitiser stations, barriers & perspex screens.

Are there any restrictions in operation?
After the 19th July, we will no longer limit groups to 4 people, however we are discouraging large groups of people to enter. This is to enable us to manage footfall in high traffic areas.

Do I need to wear a face covering when visiting the Garden Centre?
Government advice from July 19th is that face coverings are no longer legally required. We're committed to everyone's well-being & safety, therefore we would prefer if you still wear a face covering when visiting, but we understand if you choose not to. Our staff will continue to wear a face covering when serving you.

Is the Oasis Restaurant open?
Yes, the Oasis Restaurant is open for indoor & outdoor dining. From July 19th our tables will still remain socially distanced & table service will continue.

Are toilet facilities available?
Yes.

Are dogs still welcome in the Garden Centre?
Dogs are no longer allowed to enter the Garden Centre, except for Guide & Assistance dogs. We know that many of our customers are responsible dog owners; however due to persistent issues with fouling, dogs will no longer be permitted to enter.

Are you accepting cash?
During the pandemic we have not accepted cash to limit points of contact & this will continue.
