• Tubers are long and oval
• White-skinned variety with pale lemon coloured flesh with a high dry matter content
• Great potato for in the kitchen with all-round use
• Fine flavour and suited for boiling, roasting and chipping
• Good resistance to common scab and tubers have shallow eyes
