Echinacea is commonly known as Coneflower & these seeds will grow into a beautiful display of flowers. This Echinacea Purpurea is fantastic for attracting insects including bees into the garden. Coneflowers make a great cut flower or border perennial. Deep fertile soil is required so dig in plenty of organic material to the planting area prior to planting. Echinacea thrives in full or part sun locations.

Advice & Tips:
Almost fill a seed tray with moist seed compost. Sow seeds thinly over the surface & lightly cover them with a little more compost. Place in the warmth 10-15°C & keep moist.
Keep seedlings in a light position but shade from direct sunlight. When large enough to handle, transplant 5cm apart into a tray of potting compost.
Gradually accustom plants to outside conditions for 2-3 week before planting out from early summer onwards. Allow 45cm between plants.
