These Unwins lettuce seeds will produce wonderfully crisp, fresh cos lettuce in the prime winter months. These cos lettuce seeds have a long cropping period making them a stable in your homegrown garden.

Sow indoors from March - September and outdoors from April - September to be typically harvested between January - July.

Advice & Tips:

• Sow seeds thinly in a seed & cutting compost and ensure that it is kept moist.
• Keep in the warmth (10-15 degrees) and keep moist.
• When the seedlings have produced four true leaves, transport them into their cropping positions.
• Gradually accustom young plants to conditions outside for 2-3 weeks before planting outside to their cropping positions.
• Ensure the transplanted seedlings are firm into the soil.
