This variety of Geranium seed is known for their striking dark foliage & long flowering period. The Simply Red looks great in patio pots & has bright scarlet flowers that are neat & compact.

Geraniums benefit from regular feeding through the flowering section & the removal of dead heads.

Advice & Tips:

• Almost fill a small tray with moist seed compost. Sow seeds thinly & lightly cover them with a little more compost. Place in the warmth 20-25°C & keep moist. Lower temperatures inhibit germination.
• Keep seedlings in a light position, but shade from direct sunlight. When large enough to handle, transplant individually to 8cm. As young plants develop frow on at between 10-15°C.
• Gradually accustom plants to outside conditions for 2-3 weeks before planting out when the risk of frost has passed. Allow 20cm between plants.
