This fantastic mixed Cornflower seed will produce masses of flower blooms that are perfect for growing at home in cottage gardens. Cornflowers have a long flowering period & make superb cut flowers.

Late summer & autumn sown seedlings may benefit from cloche or fleece protection when hard frost threatens. Such plants generally bloom earlier the following summer than spring sown plants.

Advice & Tips:

• Rake soil to provide a firm, even surface. Sow seeds thinly in pre watered soil, lightly covering them with a little more soil. SOwings made in semi-circular lines create a natural 'drift' effect. Keep moist until seedlings appear & as required in dry spells.
• When large enough to handle, thin seedlings to allow their development & to prevent overcrowding.
