• 10% land cress, 15% purslane golden, 5% orach scarlet emperor, 15% chamomile, 20% wild rocket napoli, 10% tree spinach, 20% shungiku

Advice & Tips:

• Sow me outside from March - September. Choose a well-drained place in the garden in full sun. Sow me thinly 12mm deep in shallow channels (drills) 23cm apart. As i grow, thin out the seedlings if necessary. When large enough to handle, make sure the plants are about 10 cm apart. Keep the ground free from woods & water when you are ready to eat me.
