Mr Fothergills Tatsoi Seeds - Rozette Pak Choi F1 Variety

Rozette Pak Choi F1 is an easy to grow tatsoi pak choi variety with a long season. Sow these seeds outdoors for fast growing dense heads of dark, glossy spoon shaped leaves that can be picked as needed as baby leaf or left to mature for whole heads. These versatile plants can be used at any stage of growth and make a great addition to stir fries & salads.

Sow pak choi seeds outdoors between March-October & they will typically be ready to Harvest between May-December.

Advice & Tips:

  • Sow thinly outdoors where they will crop, allowing 40cm between rows
  • Sow May-August for mature heads & baby leaf
  • Seedlings usually appear in 14-21 days
  • Harvest unthinned as baby leaf or thin to 25cm apart for mature plants
  • Sow regularly every 2-3 weeks to ensure a continuous supply
  • For baby leaves sow March-May & September-October under cloches or fleece
  • Harvest mature heads between June-October
  • Harvest baby leaf May-December
  • Take a few baby leaves from each plant; they will regrow for 2-3 more pickings
