Here at Waterside we are always looking at ways to improve our customer service and your shopping experience. This Club will allow us more flexibility for promotions to suit your needs and also give you the ability to save money as you spend.
The Waterside Garden Club allows you to take full advantage of shopping at our beautiful garden centre with exclusive benefits. As a member of the club you will get all of these exciting benefits:
- 3 reward points on products as per the Advantage Scheme*
- Increase to 10 reward points per pound on all plants** – equivalent to 10% off
- 3 reward points per pound on furniture
- x 24 free drink vouchers (2 per month)
- A quarterly newsletter / Email
- Free membership card
Members of the Garden Club will also be able to use our new exclusive Personal Shopper service. Details of which can be found here.
The reward points follow the same system as with the Advantage Scheme, which means you get 3 points for every pound on products in the garden centre* plus 10 points on plants** and points on furniture which you don't get with the Advantage Scheme. When you have collected 200 points you can start redeeming them against purchases. 100 points equates to £1.
We are offering this great membership at an annual fee of only £15.
To join the Garden Club simply fill in the form at the tills or download one below and pay the appropriate fee in store. You will be able to pick up your Club Pack and card there and then. You will be put on to the system within 7 working days. If you make a purchase within that time, simply keep hold of the reciept and display it at the tills once you are on the system to get your points. *excludes occasional promotions/offers, purchases from the Conservatory & Decking Village, purchases in the Palm Restaurant and Oasis Coffee Shop, purchases within concessions and purchases of gift vouchers.
