At Waterside we like to pride ourselves on customer care and we listened to your feedback, that our loyalty schemes have not lived up to expectations. We have been working hard behind the scenes to offer you the benefits we think you deserve. Huge advances have been made in the way that we communicate with you; our pledge will be “To keep you fully informed and up to date with all promotions, events and what is happening at Waterside.”
We are always looking at ways to improve our customer service and your shopping experience. The Garden Club allows us the flexibility to offer promotions and events that suit your needs.

The Environment
At Waterside we are extremely aware of all current green issues and are doing what we can to help with the environment.
As part of our green credentials, all future newsletters and promotions, as mentioned above, will predominently be sent via email and viewable on our website. In addition some will be available to pick up in store. Please help our environment by giving us your email address and we will credit you with 100 extra points. Simply fill in a change of details form at the tills or register online. None of the information you give us is ever shared with any third parties. It is for our information only.
Joining the Garden Club

Click here to register. You will receive instant access to the offers and events exclusive to Garden Club customers. - In Store
Either click here to print out the Registration Form or ask in store for one then hand it in to a member of staff.
Either way you will be able to pick up your Garden Club Card and drinks vouchers in store within 10 working days of registration. If you make any purchases within that time, simply keep hold of the till receipt and present it at the tills once you have your pack to get your points.
Reward Points Explanation
As you make your purchases you will collect reward points.
1 Reward Point = 1 pence; 100 points is equal to £1.
When you have collected 200 points you can start redeeming your points against purchases.
