At Waterside we like to pride ourselves on customer care. Our Garden Club is a great way for us to communicate with you; with our pledge being “To keep you fully informed and up to date with all promotions, events and what is happening at Waterside.”
We are always looking at ways to improve our customer service and your shopping experience. The Garden Club allows us the flexibility to offer promotions and events that suit your needs.
Garden Club Benefits:
- FREE Membership
- 3 reward points per £1 spent on products within the centre*
- 5 reward points per £1 spent on plants within the centre**
- 2 hot drink vouchers per month (available on the newsletter)
- Newsletters (via email, website viewing, or post)

*excludes purchases in the decking villages, restaurant and coffee shop, concessions and occasionally on certain promotional / sale items.

Reward Points Explanation
- As you make your purchases you will collect reward points.
- 1 Reward Point = 1 pence; 100 points is equal to £1.
- When you have collected 200 points you can start redeeming your points against purchases.

The Environment
At Waterside we are extremely aware of all current green issues and are doing what we can to help with the environment.
As part of our green credentials, we would like to send as many newsletters electronically as we can. Please help our environment by giving us your email address and we will credit you with 100 extra points.

Joining the Garden Club

When you hand in your completed form you will be given your Garden Club Card and initial vouchers. Please allow 10 working days for your card to be activated. If you make any purchases within that time, simply keep hold of the till receipt and present it at the tills once your card has been activated to receive your points.
