At Waterside we have a great choice of fit-for-purpose compost and peat ranging from standard multi purpose to Westlands West+ specialist composts. Be sure to get the right one for the job e.g. ericaceous compost for those acid loving plants. If you "Grow Your Own", there are a number of specially designed composts to help such as the tomorite planter for tomatoes.

Creating instant colour in your garden can sometimes be a challenge so by introducing pots and planters a tiny courtyard can become an oasis of colour. We have one of the largest selections of pots in the area offering you an impressive choice of style and colour from all around the world. As well as pots, we have troughs and square containers to suit all styles of garden. Any unusual shaped container can give added inspiration to you garden i.e. an old bath tub or wheelbarrow.
Note: add broken crocks or polystyrene at the bottom of your container when planting, this helps with drainage throughout the winter months.
Most plants require a great deal of watering every day to make sure they give you that season long display you wanted. We sell everything from automatic watering systems to tap adapters, hoses and sprinklers. We have an extensive range of water butts and stands and accessories, including the slimline, which suits smaller places.
