Week One
The Poly Tunnels have been taken down and the Plant Area has been cleared.
Work has commenced on the footings.
Week Two
The footings have been completed and installation of the uprights has begun.
Week Three
Continuation of the uprights installation.
Please note: The sun has made an apperance!
Week Four
The cross bracing is now going up.
Week Five
The guttering in the new plant area is being installed.
Week Six
Real progress was made this week, the roof supports are all in place.
And a third of the new roof has been installed, its all looking good for completion on the 1st March.
Week Seven
Again good progress was made this week, the roof is completed.
Installation of the lighting and drainage begins, and the testing of the roof also took place.
Week Eight
The last week!
All the lighting and drainage has been completed and now the finishing touches are being applied.
The side screens are going up and all looks good for completion this Thursday 4th March.
Three days later than planned, but still great considering the weather we have had.
So we will finally have our new all weather roof, by the end of this week. So why not come to Waterside and see for yourself the difference and the impact this new development has made.
